Salsa Christmas Parties

The Club Espanhol Londoners is a Spanish Language/Social Club for professionals in the City (Legal and Insurance) and this year we used Salsa-Tropical for our Party Event.

Maria and her team were great, enthusiastic, helpful and wonderful value all round.

The event was a huge success with all having fun and enjoying themselves to the full and the dance class really got people interacting with each other, no doubt new friendships were made.

We will definitely use Salsa-Tropical in future and they make the perfect hosts for Corporate Events.

I contacted Maria to teach a salsa lesson to my karate club for our Christmas party last year.

I was given the task at fairly late notice and was concerned that we would be out of luck - Maria was fantastic in helping me to organize an event that everyone loved.

The options for teaching were very flexible and the teachers were relaxed and professional people who handled a bunch of rowdy karate students beautifully.

The class was well pitched to everyone's different levels and we all had a ball.

In addition Maria has some very useful contacts and was able to recommend an available venue which was just the right size for the club, with excellent eating options. This really helped me out with the organization and made everything painless for which I am still very grateful!

I found the team at Salsa-Tropical to be extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process - they take a genuine interest in making sure you have fun and I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting a great night of salsa!

Dear Maria,

The Christmas Party at the selected Venue was absolutely lovely! Everybody thoroughly enjoyed it. I had people changing their minds and decided to participate in the salsa class upon arrival. We finished the class around 7.30, so later than planned as everybody enjoyed the freestyle dancing session.

Sean & Claire and Hitesh and Jo were wonderful and put every body at ease. We did keep the men quite busy, as only one of our men decided to have a go- and e won in "the most improved dancer" category:) the Tabernacle staff were great as well, they were catering for every request.

I enjoyed the night thoroughly.

Hi Maria,

Everyone had a really good night!! Thanks so much. Sean and Claire were brilliant and the venue (although absolutely packed) was perfect.

We had the lesson, but I did tell Claire that some of my lot would probably be uncomfortable dancing in partner hold so we just learnt the steps separately then danced opposite the males which worked brilliantly.

We had a quick dance after and one the girls from here had a good dance with Sean!

And thanks again for everything.

I was told by one member today that it was the best Christmas party ever!

Yes the party was really fun and I didn't expect all my colleagues to get involved but everyone had such a good time and as we are a fairly new team it really helped us to all bond.

I would highly recommend Salsa-Tropical Ltd for company events and Maria as a teacher. Maria organised a fabulous Salsa evening for a party of twenty of us. None of us had done salsa before, so we weren´t sure what to expect, but everyone ended up having an amazing time! Maria and her partner were brilliant instructors and were absolutely charming. The venue was also perfect. Everyone had fun and a number of my colleagues who participated have now said to me that they are going to take up Salsa classes with Maria, as they were so inspired.

Dear Maria,

Thank you very much for all your help with organising this it was a very successful evening.

The teachers were really good, and managed to get everyone dancing for at least part of the time (even those who had said they would just watch). Lots of people have come up to me and said how much they enjoyed the lesson and a couple of us our hoping to go salsa dancing again in 2012. It was a little bit noisy so difficult to hear but didn´t seem to cause to much of a problem. At the beginning people were worried about not having screens up to block us from view, but once we started the lesson this didn´t seem to be a problem. It was also very nice to have the taxi dancer there, it meant that with a couple of girls sitting out for a rest we had even boy/girl numbers.

The venue was nice, your directions helped alot, and the area was all ready for us when we arrived with the champagne and drinks in ice buckets waiting for us. I know some of the others stayed longer and enjoyed the atmosphere once the lesson was over.
