Booking Terms

Terms and Conditions for private tuition:

1) Times of Bookings

The student should arrive at least five minutes prior to the arranged time so that the class will start and finish on time: so the studio will be clear for the next teacher.

2)Payment of Bookings

Private tuition should be paid in advance in cash.

3) Cancellation of Bookings

Less then 24 hrs before booking - 100% of class fee is due.
This cancellation should be made by phone, contacting Maria Palmieri on her work number: 07092 116 004 (THIS NUMBER DOES NOT ACCEPT TEXT MESSAGING!) and confirming with her that the message has been delivered.
Less than 7 days before booking - 10 pounds sterling fee is charged and should be paid by the student to Maria Palmieri in cash.
Notification of this cancellation should be also made by phone to Maria Palmieri, Work: 07092 116 004 (THIS NUMBER DOES NOT ACCEPT TEXT MESSAGING!) and confirmed by her that the message has been received.
More then 7 days before booking - no charge. Class time can be rearranged to a convenient time to suit both parties.
