Booking Terms

Terms and Conditions for private tuition:

1) Times of Bookings

The student should arrive at least five minutes prior to the arranged time so that the class will start and finish on time: so the studio will be clear for the next teacher.

2)Payment of Bookings

Private tuition should be paid in advance in cash.

3) Cancellation of Bookings

• Less then 48 hrs before booking - 100% of class fee is due.
• This cancellation should be made by phone, contacting Maria Palmieri on her work number: 07092 116 004 (THIS NUMBER DOES NOT ACCEPT TEXT MESSAGING!) and confirming with her that the message has been delivered.
• Less than 7 days before booking - 10 pounds sterling fee is charged and should be paid by the student to Maria Palmieri in cash.
• Notification of this cancellation should be also made by phone to Maria Palmieri, Work: 07092 116 004 (THIS NUMBER DOES NOT ACCEPT TEXT MESSAGING!) and confirmed by her that the message has been received.
• More then 7 days before booking - no charge. Class time can be rearranged to a convenient time to suit both parties.
