We offer a range of activities to get your event off to a flying start based in Central London if it is suitable.
1- Ladies only: a Salsa lesson with focus on Ladies Styling for a group of friends.
2- Ladies and male dance partners: a Salsa lesson with 4-6 "taxi" dancers in your party to keep ladies moving in your dance floor.
3- Healthy Treat: We can also book a Dance Studio in a Fancy Gym with a spa and you may have a whole package of a lesson followed by a jacuzzi, swimming and relax in a Coffee Shop. That is definitely a girl's treat.
4- Night out: We can book you a Venue for a Hen Party: drink, buffet , lesson, dance with a DJ.

| Experienced dancers (male and/or female) will join the party. So they will dance with the your guests to create a fun atmosphere and get the shy people to move too! Also your guests will have the pleasure to dance with experienced dancers. | ||

"For my best friend’s hen night, I organized a salsa lesson for 20 of our close friends, and the results were amazing!
Sophie knew exactly what level to teach us at so that everyone had the best time, and wasn't left out or under challenged, and as well as learning some really funky moves, everyone had so much fun that we just didn't want to leave!
Sophie started by teaching us the basic dance steps, and then played some great music for us to get into, she made it look so easy-but we were all out of breath by the end of the night! Some of my friends had so much fun and such good exercise that they stayed behind to ask her where they can have regular salsa lessons!

Decision to go with Salsa-tropical ~ I contacted a few instructors for the Hen Party, Maria was the most helpful and friendly. She put me at ease, having never taken part in a class before, and assured me she could sort something out in time for the day despite my having left it quite late!
The lesson ~ Great fun! Most of us were completely useless to begin with but by the end of the lesson we were pretty co-ordinated...at times!! I was pleasantly surprised when I saw my friends video footage!
We all had such a laugh, couldn't have chosen a better activity or teacher for the party. ..we would all definitely do salsa again. We felt like we'd done a workout afterwards, great exercise as well as great fun!
