Weddings

Ambrose and I decided that we wanted to do a salsa type dance for our Wedding day so we called Maria. We had not danced together before and are both not particularly rhythmic. We arrived at Maria's and she immediately put us at ease. She had listen to our choosen song beforehand and choreographed a whole dance sequence for us. She was extremely patient with us and after only two lessons had taught us this whole routine.

It was marvellous. Our guests were so surpised and it was commented on that it was the high point of the evening. I felt very proud of ourselves for doing this albeit as nerve racking as it was. Maria is a fantastic dancer and teacher.

I would highly recommend any couple to do this. It really did make our day just that little bit more different and special.

We chose the music and Maria put together the most amazing choreography which wowed our audience at our wedding reception, and we were complete beginners!

We had a really fantastic experience when we asked Maria for help with our Wedding dance. We had the feeling that we were totally working together and after a series of private sessions we had a great choreography and ultimately a great performance on our big day. Maria was very supportive all the way but also serious enough to make us practice week by week - it was brilliant how she integrated our own ideas (including the odd 'silly' ones) and even worked with the non-salsa tune that we had selected.

We hired Salsa Tropical for our wedding as entertainment for our guests.

All I can say is they were fantastic! they gave a lesson to everyone which we all enjoyed and then gave a brilliant performance!

Everyone commented on how great they were and took down there number for future use. Maria is a lovely Lady and I found them to be very polite and was on time at the venue.

I will definetly use them again in the future when the time comes.

Hi Maria,
Thank you for your messages - we have been away on honeymoon until a couple of days ago.
The dance went well and our guests said it was exciting and fun. It was exactly as we had intended (we messed up the sombreros a bit and I forgot a bit at the end but nobody noticed!).

Thank you so much for your help with the routine. You were able to literally "think on your feet" and compose something simple yet elegant for our wedding dance. You quickly gauged our level and worked patiently with us to produce something that was fun and special, even in just 5 lessons!
