This Salsa Course is geared for students who are learning the basic step, rhythm, and timing. You get an introduction to Salsa steps and simple partner-work. It’s a lot of FUN!
You should have completed at least 4 Weeks x 1 hour classes to attend this Course. The series focuses on the fundamentals of salsa: basics, patterns, footwork, turns and technique, which includes proper posture, balance, and upper/lower body coordination. This lays the groundwork for a solid foundation in salsa.  We will focus mainly on fundamentals of partner work. All advanced moves are an extension of the basic. If a student lacks fundamentals he will just learn more and more combinations technically incorrectly and will not progress as a dancer. Therefore, this is the most important class for anyone wishing to learn Salsa. Mastery of the basics will give you the skills and confidence needed to develop into a good dancer. Believe me; it will change your life.
We advised this level after 2- 3 months of classes of 1 hour per week at least. This Course is geared to students with a solid, comprehensive foundation in the basics (balance, posture, upper/lower body coordination, weight transfer, cross-body lead). You will learn lead-follow techniques, transitions and space management to moderate music. If you already have a solid understanding of the basic then you are ready for this class. We will teach you skills necessary to apply on Intermediate and Advanced level class such as essential skills and drills.
This quality training programme is for students with a well developed foundation in Salsa who are willing to learn more complex patterns and techniques and emphasis on styling for Ladies and Gents. If you are ready to take the next step, this course is for you!
Complex patterns with styling for those who already mastered most techniques.  Requirement is approximately 2 years of training.

Party & Learn Salsa Every Friday Night!

If you are looking for the best salsa class and salsa lessons in London, then you are in the right place. Our salsa studio is well known across London for the best salsa lessons. Our experienced dance lesson tutors have years of experience in the dancing field and are sure to guide you through learning salsa from a basic level to a professional level.

A typical Friday Salsa London dance lesson features two experienced instructors, both male, and female. Our spacious dance studio is able to accommodate a large number of students, therefore, you need not worry about overcrowding. Our central location makes it easy for students to get to us.

  1. Absolute Beginners

Absolute beginners aim to help people who are new to the salsa class. The lesson aims to help beginners learn basic steps. Moreover, you get to learn rhythm and timing which are essential if you are going to master salsa. At our salsa studio, we offer detailed guidance and instruction on how to do a particular move. We do not just rush over the salsa lesson. Our student’s interest always comes first. We will teach you simple partner-work and salsa steps.

  1. Beginners Advanced

Beginners advanced focuses mainly on the fundamentals of salsa. These are basics, patterns, footwork, techniques and turns, but mainly focusing on patterns. With such skills, we believe a student is laying a firm foundation in our dance lessons and salsa in general.

  1. Improvers

Improvers are basically students with 2-3 months of solid salsa skills. We recommend having at least 1 hour of salsa lessons per week. In this level, we establish an inclusive foundation in balance, posture, upper/lower body coordination, cross-body lead and weight transfer.

  1. Intermediate

If you are in the intermediate class, then you are on your way to becoming an advanced salsa dancer. Salsa lessons in this category focus on more complex patterns and techniques. In these salsa classes, emphasis on styling for gents and ladies is also a point of approach. Our detailed dance lessons cover these pretty well.

  1. Advanced

If you have managed to get to the advanced level of salsa lessons, then you stand a chance at competing against the best of the best. Our salsa studio requires at least 2 years of training to comprehensively complete the advanced level. After that, you are a true salsa professional.
